Account data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, password (stored encrypted). Business data: everything you enter in the setup form — business details, services, photos, preferences. Usage data: pages visited on our dashboard, and visitor analytics for your website (aggregated, no personal profiles).
To build and operate your website, send you leads and service notifications (email/WhatsApp), bill your subscription, provide support, and improve the service. We never sell your data. We never use your customer lead data for anything except delivering it to you.
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (globally distributed, encrypted in transit and at rest). Payments are processed by our payment partners (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe) — we never store your card or bank details.
Only service providers needed to run SiteInADay: hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Razorpay/Stripe), email delivery, and domain registrars (to register your domain in your name). Each processes data only on our instructions.
You can export your data or delete your account from Settings at any time. Deletion removes your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax/legal purposes. For any privacy request, email hello@siteinaday.co.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and privacy-friendly analytics on our public pages. No advertising trackers.
